The authors

Both sides of the door.

Two authorsSeparately, or as a pair

A book that claims an erosion is structural rather than sectoral has to be written from more than one vantage point. Oksana Sivokobilska has spent her career inside the regulated institution, where judgment is governed under a supervisor’s eye. Alex Blumentals has spent his in the business whose entire product is judgment, and whose apprenticeship is the junior work being automated first.

We write as two individuals, not as a firm. Each of us is separately available for the work below; we also take the methodology into institutions together.

As a pair

The judgment review takes the book’s instruments into an institution, drafted against your own processes.

  • Digital transformation, AI and technology-risk oversight
  • Nomination and remuneration committee chairing

  • Digitalisation, AI and technology-risk oversight
  • AI transformation and capability building

Together

And as a pair.

The judgment review is the engagement the book’s methodology supports: the register drafted against your own processes, a rung established with the self-score, and a board paper that names owners, thresholds and a cadence. Scoped per institution, delivered by the two of us.
